Doesn't look like much right now. We're a couple inches low on rainfall this season.

It's supposed to come down really heavy today.

It would take a real lot to do any damage to the house/barn...we had a flood from a freak storm years ago...5+ inches in an hour. Water was still several feet from the barn.

True. The radio (NPR) is now reporting that 70 fire managers and fighters are headed here from New Zealand and Australia.
