In some other States I think they have annual roadworthy requirements.... but to date... not here.

Tomorrow will cost me $85 (assuming it gets thru on the first attempt, which I'm confident it will).

If you have annual roadworthy inspections, how do people get away with so many mods to their monsters?  Loud exhausts... chopped tails...  and all the other non-compliances  ;)... ??

Not that anybody around here would do any such thing... Just sayin'... what if?

It varies from state to state...and facility to facility. The facilities are privately owned here, but licensed by the state

In NH they have to do a sound test. The limit for a twin is 106db at 24" and 45 degrees @2800 rpm. That pretty much lets every aftermarket system in. ;)

Tail chops are OK. The location of lamps must be as stock, so technically integrated lamps are no go.

In many cases people will put stock stuff on for the inspection and then swap the other back after.

It's really just a 'donation'. ;)

The SS, I haven't tried the Monster.  I've still got last years gas in both but I did have the carbs from the SS off and apart so they are clean.

Did you use Stabil or something like it?

Hi all !!

Talking bout yearly inspections, here, it's once a year, as long as you have all your lights in working order and tires show tread, you ased it ... it cost $10.50 ...

Morning peeps.  [coffee] time here is all morning!  FrIDay [thumbsup]

I don't get overtime, so I keep track of any extra time and then go in late on Friday. I like it.

Next week will be interesting. Teaching a 2 hour class, and over 2 weeks I will have to be there at 0500 and even 0100.  Not sure how to manage the rest of my hours, but we will figure it out.

It is almost a year now that I sold my Monster  :'( I miss her.

Sounds like such a great gig Mary!   [beer]

I hear ya on the bike.  We must have sold about the same time.  Actually, I think my sale was on or near April Fool's Day.  Figures.

But on to new things, new people, new projects and just had bacon for lunch.  It eases the loss of being bike-less. ;)

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

And in a few more hours, it'll be:   [beer]   with friends and the Randimus.

My employer does not provide [bacon] for lunch.

If you would have shown up last night, you probably could have kept [bacon] in your compensation package, as well as pizza, other sandwiches and an 848 Evo (a Nien Nien Nien might have been Nien)  ;D  (oh, and maybe more money and opportunity for unlimited growth)

I did have burger and fries.

Is The Randimus not considered a friend?
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

That was directed at Stella.

You want a marketing job with a food service company?

Being sober and then joining a group of people who have been at the bar for....hours? and who have started on Jager and having an employment conversation could have gone both ways, I realize that.  Hired for six figures, all the bacon and pizza I want, could get an orange Capirex and then POOF.  They all sober up and realize how much Jager they really had.

Polly Practical?
Polly Pessimist?

You decide.
