Yet another Ducati forum?

-I'm Alex
-Currently in Ellensburg, Wa --permanently relocating to Seattle in June after finishing grad school.
-I ride a 2000 m900ie. It has a ridiculous number of mods. Basically it's to the point that I could never sell it, both because I'd miss it too much and because nobody else would want it. The latest one? Earlier today I jammed some harley-style steel baffles into the end of my custom under-engine exhaust. I decided I wanted it just a hair quieter. Of course, the baffles didn't quite fit, so basically I spent the last 45 minutes pounding steel with a hammer until they did!  As an added bonus, they are jammed in so tight that I don't need to bother bolting them in place. Now the bike's exhaust is even more "custom", and it is indeed both a hair quieter and a hair more awesome.
-This is my 7th season riding Ducatis. Before that I was just a little kid, zipping around town delivering newspapers from the back of a Vespa.
-I used to really like the DML. I'll keep my eye on this place too to see how it turns out.
