It's the regular, but not 'official' (we don't have an official spot) Wednesday evening, weekly meeting place.  Usually each week, a thread will pop up and people will note their attendance plans, if they are shilling cookies, got a new mod they want to show off etc.

It's an every week thing.  Sometimes more people are there, sometimes less. 
When it's nice outside, look for people at the outside tables.  If the weathers not so nice - look inside DOWNSTAIRS.  9 times of 10 if folsk are inside they will be in the lower level, as the upper is usually too crowded for the numbers we have.
