No, but I was mostly f'n around b/c of the duct tape at Daytona.  I saw that buell was 2d in qualifying for Fontucky (and pretty damn close to Hacking), so I assume it did pretty well.  Helps that it has 30+ hp  on the 600s and a boatload more torque.  (is it 30?  Whatever.  It's a buncha)

DMG/AMA pro racings' BOT

They'll all be the same with different paint jobs.

Now that's racing.  ;)

How are they equalizing the power difference?  I saw that the bigger bikes were 20lbs heavier at Daytona?  Is that it or are they restricting intake too?
M-ROCin' it!!!

american bikes don't need no stinking restrictions

That's what I want to know. I just find it odd that the same bike can be eligible for every racing class.

there's supposedly a competition bulletin that grants the buell the same minimum weight as the 600s.

i'm curious to see what happens in the race today.

either way, they should likely revisit the performance indexing of that class. this isn't like when they gave the xb12rr ~1300cc and carte blanche on modifications. i really think they've overshot their mark on the 1125.

looks like eslick just doubled.

no 6-second-lead-to-victory-wheelie today. hacking pushed him hard for the last half of the race, just losing out on the win by  0.099s. they were 8s over disalvo in 3rd.
