I was preparing to be really repulsed by everything on that site.  For the most part, I was really repulsed.
Then I saw the "Behemoth Glazed Donut"  :

Tried one of these when I was living in Austin.  Love the glazed doughnut goodness but..    Too much!!

That reminded me..when I was living in Tucson about 15 years ago, I saw a story on Dateline (or the likes).  It was about the fattest people in the world..the Pima Indian tribe who lived there in The Old Pueblo.  60% of them had Type II diabetes.
