Reminds me: I was sitting around with a bunch of friends a couple of years ago and one of the people there started going on about how artificial sweeteners tell your brain that you've just taken in calories, but your body doesn't get any nourishment from them and goes into starvation mode, so then when you DO get around to eating something, your body immediately stores it as fat, and that's why artificial sweeteners make you fat.

My friend Heather, a BIG girl, pipes in and says "Well, and to think all this time I was blaming shitty genes and a lack of exercise," then rolled her eyes at the skinny girl and went back to eating her cinnamon roll.

Um no food but a whole lotta this is why I WAS fat. I lost 41 Lbs in 6 months after quitting, dropping to 155.

I gave up on beer after doing a cost-benefit analysis

and concluded pints of Popov (pop-off) Vodka were cheaper

and more effective
