 Hello everybody!!
My name is Greg , not a monster owner yet but a huge fan. The first time I saw a montster i knew i had to have one.Once I get out of the hell whole called Afghanistan I plan on purchasing an older model, maybe 03-05. I really want and s4r but I think it might be a bit too much bike for me.Again I want to say hi to everybody and if you guys and gals have any input on which model i should start please fill me in.

you will find everything you could want to ask here on the board. also, there are many very active local clubs associated with the DMF. check the local club listings for one in your (stateside) area.

Welcome Greg!  Best of luck with your purchase.  I think going for a smaller older model to start with is a good idea.
