Insurance, does this sound right ???

Ok,
So, my insurance company is dropping me and the best quote I can get now is 2,300.00 a year with a 500.00 deductible. I have a 08 hypermotard. I am 31, married, but I am been found guilty on 2 illegal turn tickets within a year or 2, I got hit and totaled a bike last year, and then got a bike stolen last April. So, with that driving record, is this quote really that bad i am trying to come to terms that my insurance will be through the roof. Oh, I live in Brooklyn 11214 zip.

They are agents, not an insurance company.  They will shop for you and advise you.  Often little changes like an increase to a $1000 deductible can make a huge difference.

Check out the 1k deductible like Howie said.  With my 1098 i originally had a $500 deductible when i went to $1000 my insurance went down by about $500 a year!
