Hello from Shelby, NC

Hey everyone! I'm a first time Duc owner. I haven't ridden a motorcycle in 20 years and last week went out and bought a '99 M900. She's a well-used old girl (I named her Lily -  as in Lily Munster). Anyway we're getting along fine and are scheduled to take the MSF class next weekend.

I want to do some reasonable touring as well as cheap therapy after a trying day (or even after a good day come to think of it). I ordered a new Sargent seat this morning and am really looking forward to getting that installed. I'm kind of a big fellow and the stock seat is a killer after a little while.

I'm looking to do a little weekend touring after I get a bit more confidence with her. There's a lot to see within a couple of hours of my home so that's my long-term goal.
