My best friend at work is vacating her apartment in about 6 weeks.  She'd like to turn it over ASAP so she can get her security back.  I volunteered to reach out to my moto friends to see if anyone (or anyone knows anyone) that is looking for a place in Manhattan.  It's a true 2 bed in the UWS, and she'll turn her lease over to someone for the same price she's paying now.
