Place doesn't matter.  The key is that it not happen at all.  She knew us when she said "you are that Ducati group that didnt pay us last time".  No tan bueno.

If people don't like the service, just speak up and tell the server, and recommend that we not go there anymore.  Don't not pay her/him....we look bad as a group.

I work every other Wednesday night so Tuesday's are still best for me.  Council meeting one Tuesday a month, but I am usually out by 9 or 9:30 on those nights. 

About the tippage, +1 on that, DDGM.  Having been a server for more time than I care to admit, I become positively nauseous when they present one check to us and the group starts doing their math.  It's not just our group, it is a damned rule of thumb with a group check,that if the server doesn't get skrewed, someone else in the group is going to.  I tell the server right up front that they'd be 100% better off just to give separate checks if they want a decent tip from those who were planning on it.  Someone is always going to be unhappy about something so the tip gets sucked up by that person' s lack of contribution.  Sorry DDGM if you wanted to consider the subject closed, but it is such a turnoff to me that that is actually another reason why I have started skipping DucNight once in a while.  I'm just not up for paying $10 per cranberry juice either.  Now lets go out there and play nice.     

I'm all for going back to Billy's.  Central location.  I don't usually start DucNight till 7:30 or 8:00, but that's just me.  You guys usually have a good headstart and the food is already on the table.  

Thanks for the welcome back!  I never really left, just have been on lots of road trips, didn't get into the go-kart nights, and missed the cell phone connection.  How ya like me now?  Same as before, a little bit less?

Two fools is fine with me.  Good food, etc, etc.   Does get kinda crowded, though.  No Speed channel, too. (European football instead)  You're right.  Need a big table so we can spread out with all our gear and crap.

Found out about another bike get together at Twin Peaks.  The Hyperdude and I headed over there and met up with Adrianna.  Then the skies let loose on my way home.
