NEW THURSDAY Shennigians

Alright!!  It's almost 5:30 and no mention of Duc Night.  Kellys on Central, 7:00.  It'll still be daylight.  Adrianna and I will be there.  Two's a date, three's a Duc night, four's a party.  Seeing as Adrianna already has a BF, someone else has to show up to keep us out of trouble.   

Mind if I quote you on the SoCo Dog board, Kawboy?  That's exactly why I haven't been showing up for DucNight's up here.  It's always only one person or another suggesting it and they are all partnered up or young enough to be my kid so it feels awkward as ass to respond with the usual gung-ho NMMR enthusiasm.  I wait in the wings to see if anyone else will chime in, but it never happens.  I don't want to put them or me on the spot to show when it's only going to be us chickens as usual.  I did make it to the WSBK get-together a week ago Sunday and tomorrow night is the officer's meeting.  I just know I'm going to get wrangled into being Secretary just when I finally finished the term at my church in the hood.

Good Morning,  I totally agree with more participation from fellow riders, tho' I am just as guilty for not being that active.I do realise weather and schedules don't always jive, but I think better effort should be made. I am looking forward to a fun riding season, have met some cool people and would like to meet some more. Let's all push in this direction and have some good times!!    and Bonfy, thanks for volunteering for SoCoDogs secretary...

Hey the CORE GROUP-KAWBOY, XSUPERBIKERACERX AND I HUNKY PUNK were all in attendance @Kelly's last night and I was the only one there with an Italian superbike! 
The waitress suggested to me to come back tonight to join a non-lame group of HD riders sponsered by Thunderbird.......mmmm is there a Fatboy in my future?

I nominate her BF to go.  Kingbaby and I won't be able to make it tonight but hope to see you soon.  With the time change and the weather, Kelly's should be nice as long as the wind doesn't pick up.  We will be waiting for the pics.

Nahh,  I sort of disagree with you there, DucMouse.  I mean, the core group does change, but it does so at a glacial pace.  If it was that easy, they'd all be doing it.  Through spirit and consistency, people gradually become part of the core group, but not just by showing up to a few DucNights in a row.  Try some of the long-assed hauls through Utah and Arizona and Colorado, stick it out with the gang for a year or two, stay present on the board, then you might become part of the hard-core CORE GROUP.  We've got some folks that are out of the 505 now and some that don't even ride any more, but they are in the CORE GROUP for life.

Here! Here! Totally agree with you, Bonfy!  Well said. Has this turned into nothing but a Tuesday night social club?  If only certain people show up and there are more at the Harley night it is time to convert?  Hell, Kawboy doesn't have a Duc and does more riding than most of us.
