That does sound like a good deal, but I don't like that it's been sitting there for 6 years.  Might have other issues too (sounds like it's been dropped...)

It would fit.  A frame cross brace would have to be removed to clear the throttle bodies, radiator mounting would have to be added, and I would have to get creative with the exhaust header.
