buyer beware ebay auction

I've been looking for an 05/06 Ducati Corse Jacket in grey for a while now.

I came on this guys auction a couple months ago and continue to see him listing it under 2 names.  The key is he uses the same pics.

When he first listed it I asked for more pics which he sent. The jacket is damaged and scraped up pretty well on the front right by the pocket as well as down the underside of the right arm.  Apparently someone pulled out in front of him and he went over the bars onto and off the hood.

His descriptions have over the last month become less and less clear on the damages.  He's even bumped his price up and used stock photos in an effort to sell it.

Before I'm asked no I don't know the seller.  I just would hate to see a fellow DMF member get scammed and make the beast with two backsed on this.
