i tried to vote, it made me sign up. i signed up and tried to vote again, it didn't let me

i tried to sign up again so i could vote, i even filled out the stupid profile thing, but it won't let me choose a state.

The site doesn't seem to work in Safari.  It barely works in Firefox.

I tried to sign up, using Firefox, but it doesn't seem to be tallying my vote.

I tried to vote, but couldn't.  I'm not that dumb, but I did sign up, but system wouldn't let me login to count my vote.  Last count was at 17 and I tried and tried, but something's not working.
