i don't care pick a place, date and time. lisa call flips and ask the necessary questions. how big a group can you handle? what time on sundays are you open? do you have room for at least 30 hopefully up to 50 bikes? if the answers are good we can go with july 13 so everyone has plenty of time to set their schedule and be there. that's two months out everyone can just tell people "hey can't do it that sunday i've got this big ducati thing for shaka zulu or khan whichever he prefers!"

Perhaps we should start working on flyers?  could put them at AMS and at Plano Eurotrashcycle.  Man, if only we had someone good at graphics and photoshop...  maybe our group pic could go on the flyer?

That would be too cool.  The 20th works great for me.  I don't expect everyone to bow to my schedule, but if it's tenative anyway and it's no problem bumping one week I would much appreciate it!
