I'm 40, live near Toronto, Canada. I'm new to bikes and took a delivery of a brand new 696 last night. An hour ride home and I must say It is love at first sight!  The wife took out additional $500K life policy on me.

Better watch out...after we got married, my husband took out a large insurance policy on me, installed new brake/clutch levers on my bike, then left the country on a business trip. 

Sure enough, I had an accident (fortunately very minor) due to my brakes not working properly.
