AMA is running several articles detailing NYPD/NYC DOT's refusal to permit bikers into the HOV lanes, in line with federal law.

This month's issue (with Jay Leno's mug on the cover) has a big article about the woman who was ticketed for riding in the HOV lane and fought it and won.
