Why replace the Brembos with Tokico calipers?  ???

The 05 s4r didn't have radial brakes, which is what was upgraded by adding the tokico stoppers.  He probably didn't care if it was brembo or not.

And the brake 'upgrade', if that's what they want to call it, adds only a negligible advantage. And again, rebuilt race-tech forks aren't as impressive as some that are loaded up with traxxion or ohlins internals to me. There's custom that's simply not-stock parts, and there is custom with parts that make a substantial change, worthy of noticing.

I'd give 'em less than the current bid, and I'd like the signature removed, PLEASE.

it always annoys me when these bikes make the covers of magazines, when there's not a significant difference in it and my bike. Or your bike. Or her bike. Or his bike. Or really, any other Monster.

Those Magnesium Wheels are pretty badass.  What do a set of those run?  I also like the custom swingarm they made for it.  [thumbsup]

I'd guess around 2.5-3k.

I don't know about paying a premium for any bike, but that bike does look pretty sweet.  I noticed the rims right off, they look great.  I really like the black forks too.  Why is everyone hating so much?  The bike is great, and if someone can get top dollar for their Ducati, all the power to them.  Don't we want top dollar for ours if and when we decide to sell?  The fact that it's owned by a celebrity is still cool...  Sure, he's a man just like anyone else, but for some reason, we treat them differently, so it's a selling tool.  Why knock it for saying custom?  Is it not a custom paint job?  That is a nice Ducati, hands down....  I like everything about it.
