here's a shot and a vid that give you the vantage point i had at turn 1.  i know that the movie is a little loud, but it WAS a little loud...

It's amazing how much noise those little cars make  :o

Not gonna lie I'm a little jealous. We made it out there last year. We were sitting at the hairpin though. I have a small peice of Kubica's car hanging on my wall.

I think last weekend's race would have been better though.  [thumbsup]

...completely negated by the FIA imposing an after-the-race drive-through penalty on hamilton for his initial cutting of the chicane. since lewis couldn't take his penalty, they docked him 25 seconds, demoting him to 3rd place and reducing his lead in the championship to 2 points.

mclaren is appealing the penalty.

Well that's just dandy... Another race organization changing the results by their seemingly arbitrary penalties.
There is no way in hell FIM is going to allow McLaren to win this year by god!

WTF?!?! On what grounds?  He (arguably) had position and was booted, and STILL did the safe thing and made sure to let Kimi take the positon back.  Kimi binned it anyway, so Hamilton is penalized for an unfair advantage against a pilot who DNF'd? ???

I just watched the end of the race and saw the drama.

I ask you...why do I keep watching if the whole thing is rigged?

Despite the "help"  [roll] from the FIA

Will Lewis choke on it again :o

Looks promising ???

More make the beast with two backsing retarded decisions from the stewards contrary to the advice of the FIM. Now that's annoying. Where the hell was Bordais meant to go?

As for Hamilton... *sigh*

You mean the McLaren bonzai block thrown on the first lap? The problem is, if Lewis would calm the frack down and stop driving like a prat, he'd be fine. All he has to do is stay right behind Massa, but he's going to take a risk and blow it again. Bourdais shouldn't have been penalized, I agree though. That was a racing incident.

while the turn one incident may have been a little aggressive, it's called racing for a reason... AND he didn't hit anybody.
