Wed night meets are about a few simple things.  Riding.  Eating.  Conversing.  Not pop culture web references.

I agree, let's stay on topic.

Besides, I had a hard understanding some of those older, previous-generation references.

See you Wednesday!

:)

How very German.....

Dietrich ist richtig! Wir müssen in einer regelmäßigen Weise uns benehmen!  [beer]

Although I do prefer the Italian way....Invii qualunque gradite!  [wine]

As for the topic....it's still up in the air if I'll make this week. High profile project that I'm on and it's a tad behind schedule....as usual.

...programming my way to freedom...

Hah!  I suppose....I'm really more of a go with the flow kinda guy.  With some order of course. :)

So, same time as last week boy & girls, ~7/7:30 @ Chuy's, then CP @ around 8:30.

PS - Here's the only way I know to get from one place to the other and make it remotely interesting, but we can discuss over fajitas:

So who's the boy? I guess the rest of you all are girls.  [cheeky]

I think I like this one better (although, without the two u-turns on Hayden).

Hey, I put the u-turns in there for a reason....hairpin turns!!! Just like the last two corners at Donnington Park....  [moto]

Keep in mind that Lincoln is littered with photo radar and such [leo], just a thought

Photo radar isn't really an issue is it? I mean, they don't usually send a ticket to someone wearing a full-face helmet. And if they do, you can just send it back and say, "I have no idea who this is."

So, other than the flash being painful on the ol' astigmatism, I don't worry about them much.

I got flashed (and not by some creepy old guy in a trench coat) while on my bike and you can see my face pretty damn clearly.   >:(
I think I might need to get one of those '80's mirrored visors....

Were you wearing a full faced helmet? The most that you'd think that would be identifiable even if you were, would be your eyes and bridge of your nose....

Whatever you do, keep it private as this board is very public.  [leo]

heh. I didn't say where or when this happened... there are speed cameras alllll over the U.S.  [bang]
Full face Arai. Eyes, nose, mouth.
The person in the helmet was fully identifiable, in other words.

I'm just sayin' ... don't count on the fact that you have a (full-face) helmet on to keep you from being ID'd.
It can still happen. If you are going to speed (I would *never*  ;D ) then perhaps sunglasses, tinted visor, or doing what all the other traffic does and create a road hazard by slowing down only within the 300 yards where the speed cameras are....  [thumbsup]

And to keep on subject so Dietrich doesn't freak out  ;) :
