"Refried beans to coffee beans", then how about some Holiday spirit to check out the lights at "Coach house" on the way home, park out front off Indian School Rd?

Dietrich

Holiday light tour sounds good for next week!  I'm still reeling from last night's clean & smooth pavement single track craziness, headlights snaking through the elevation changes, the smoking tires, agricultural excursions, front wheels leaving the earth over the slightest crests in the road (or not) and making it to the next cup of coffee in one piece.  Views were good too, for the split seconds I had to chek 'em out.  [moto]

M-F'er  :(  Can we switch to Mondays instead?!

Dietrich

I can't do Mondays or Tuesdays, at least not before about 9pm.  I can always meet up with you guys later...like I've said...the hooligan Ducati world does not revolve around me, nor do I want it to.  8)  But...We can do Wed, Thurs, or Fridays.  One issue for next week though is that Thurs is Christmas eve!

hoyden

I'd love to do a next Wed (night before Xmas eve) Lights Viewing ride.

Then the following week, we start Thursday night dinner get -togethers to replace Wednesday night gathering.
TT will continue on Tuesday nights.

Moto evening fun all week long!

Last night was fun. Sorry I almost crashed that one time ... and all the other times.

Hey, for next Wednesday's "Ride and see Christmas lights" night, I propose having the Mesa LDS Temple as a destination. I just took my family on Tuesday night, and the lights were fantastic, definitely worth a walk-around. I mean, if you like Christmas lights, then you'll love these.

So I was thinking we could meet at Chuy's, ride to Mesa, walk around and see all the lights, then ride to a coffee dispensing establishment.

You wacky Mormons!  :)
We also have a request to go see "Coach house" lights.
Lemme figure out the itinerary this week and I'll post it in a few days.

How about this route -- Chuy's, Temple, Coach House.

I, sadly, had to skip last night. What about crashing and almost crashing and smoke and off-road?

Mostly talking things up to make them sound more exciting than they really were.   8)   Mostly.   ;)

It was way fun though.  6 of us cruising around playing "follow the leader", and "try to see the leader's teeny tiny turn signals from 3 bikes back".   :)

We got a tour of lights in some neighborhoods... and went on a fun ride up UP! but I'm not sure where.
All I know is that we twisted and turned and went through and over a bunch of large dips that would have been Waaaay fun at speed... and there was a lovely view out over the valley and Oh, crap! A turn! Quit sight-seeing!  ;)
aaaand back down and zipped over to the cafe.

Good times.

Crashing, yes. I caught it all on video.
