Speed and Strength or Teknic Suit?

I want to buy a suit for next season....im going to sell the kobe.

Anyone have any advice for either?

im thinking the Speed and Strength Twist of faith or Teknic Xcelerator.

I don't know how much this transfers to the suits, but I use a Teknic Violator Jacket (older model) zipped to Teknic leather pants; a couple of quick observations that might translate to the single piece Teknic:

o Overall I really like the Teknic gear -- good quality leather, some nice features and a good cut for a sport-oriented riding position.

o  The jacket seems to run small; I'm a size 40, bought the jacket in a 42 and it's snug without the thermal liner -- which is consequently not very useful (a liner's not an issue in a suit, but the running small part might be). The pants seem to run true to size.

o  I've got one non-critical seam coming undone (on the collar) after about a year of moderate use. It'll be easy enough to fix, but it does have me inspecting the critical seams a whole lot more closely than I should have to.

Or, you can buy a Dainese suit.    I am hands down sold on there products. Your local cyclegear will have all Dainese products,including on-line, 40% off come January/February? yearly winter clearance sale, If the prices scares you from buying.

how so?

The kobe suit is great, but i have a pretty big ass/hips/theighs so i cant wear extra armor underneath the suit. the hip armor on the suit sucks pretty bad too. its worst than the stock back protectors in most sport jackets.
