I've been a member at RU for a very long time now, and recently they started coming up with all this crazy stuff about penalizing you for keeping a good ratio... It's absolutely absurd. Now I think you don't even have to keep a positive ratio. I just don't even go there anymore. A community full of leeches and no seeders and those that are seeding are slow as hell so it takes 5 years to DL 1 race. blah.

PeerGuardian and uTorrent and you'll be set. No need to contribute anymore, they don't want it.

Hmmm, I've head nothing but good results at RU. Then again, I just on the torrents right away while tons of folks are still seeding them.

PeerGuardian2 is a IP connection filter. It blocks IP's from common anti-Peer-2-Peer companies from connecting to you, reducing your risk.

uTorrent (micro-torrent) is a Torrent Peer to Peer program. It is needed to use Racing-Underground as that is the means videos are shared.
