The Aquapac is a convenient waterproof case that has an armband for your MP3 player.  It also has a headphone jack sticking out from a sealed hole.  I have not used it in rain or wet yet, but I did use it for a long trip I did this past Sunday on the bike (600+miles).  It fits great, is easy to push the buttons throught the case, doesn't move around, and I can use it for various devices so if I get a different MP3 player it will work.
