we head over to watch dp light the bonfire...

question... how do you eat your corn-on-the-cob?
i'm starting a poll on this one...



dp has the best method i've ever seen, to get a fire going  [thumbsup]

STEP ONE:
you'll need a charming assistant, and a large, skewer...

STEP TWO:
place dml beanie on the end of skewer, and carefully extend it into the fire
...and yes, the size of your skewer DOES matter in this case...

STEP THREE:
lower the beanie directly into the flames for about 45 seconds, there is some kind of fire retardant in the knit, so be patient  ;)

a small skewer would not support the weight of the beanie, or keep you far enough away from the flames  ;)

the slow roasting method
which took about a half an hour before it fell into the fire
