I think the key for me will be trying to cut back on my boozahol intake...

large pizza to medium

10 wings to 5 wings

1/2 bottle rum to 1/4

24 pack beer over the weekend to 12 pack

1 liter/day whole milk to 1/2 liter and the sort ..

anyone else with no upper body mass want to race to being able to do the pec dance?
