Went to wrestling practice and I got to roll with a Navy Seal...Those guys are machines, he never got tired.  I'm glad they are on our side!!!!

So, I'm sitting on the couch watching the food network...

I get this thought about a couch potato workout...

Every time a car commercial comes on, I'll do a few pushups.

Every time a drug commercial comes on, I'll do jumping jacks.

Every time a beer commercial comes on, I'll do a coupla sit ups.


I get to watch tv with my hands in a bag of chips in between...!  :D

So, whaddya think?  That way I can work out not too seriously...   ;)

i spent the weekend taking a friend on a drinking tour of philly.

somehow I lost 2 lbs.


seriously, the tour was "bar, historical thing, bar, historical bar, cheesesteak, bar, history, bar, bar, bar, cheesesteak"
and when we got back to the house it was off to the dive bar.

i could get used to that diet, but i'm not so fond of the money i'm spending.
