weighed last night and I've offically gained back everything I lost...hurrah for breaking even

I'm amazed... I can't frackin' believe it!

Even after all the meatballs, Italian sausage, saffron risotto, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, London broil steak, cheeseburgers with gravy, AND Polpetta's homemade pound cake with whipped cream and strawberries I ate this weekend, I still managed to lose three pounds from last week!  

188lbs. this morning!  

I don't know how the Hell that happened...     I guess chasing kids around counts as cardio...

I hope this post doesn't come off as "Hey, look at me! Look at me!"  I'm just very surprised that I lost any weight at all, considering what I ate this weekend...  If I become "that guy" just smack me in the back of my head, thanks.

Then again, you also drank a whole lot mrs than I did too!

holy crap...not really drinking beer for a little over week makes quite a diff.

and i havne't really had much liquor either aside from sat night.

scale showed me 209.4lbs this morn.
i'll drink like a fish his weekend we'll see what happens sun and the same time next week. 


i'm also eating a freaking cheeseburger with bacon or 5.
