Just put a deposit on a Monster 696 :)

Hey all,

Just put a deposit on a matte black 2010 Monster 696 and am taking deliver of my new wheels next week  

I'm located in British Columbia, Canada and have zero experience in street riding but have had 30+ years riding motocross bikes. One reason I chose the 696 is that I hear it's a pretty good entry level bike, and if things go well it will be a good bike to hand down to the girlfriend when I upgrade.



Anyway, looking forward to cruising the forums and gaining some knowledge from more experienced riders/owners.
