Saw this on FB.

Pretty cool, there's a few tabs they should have chopped off while they had it taken down to the bare frame.

Kinda funny how the reservoirs look like little horns lol

yeah, i find it strangely attractive.  i am not a big fan of gold either, but it just looks right to me.

I think the cherry on top would be if they got the fork tubes anodized the same gold color as the frame...

That's why the gold painted sections of my monster are ohlins coloured  8)

Exactly.  And given the abuse that forks get, I cant say paint is a good idea.  Prove me wrong, but seems to me youd have a pregnant dog of a time slipping a triple over a painted fork tube without scratching it.  Anodizing penetrates the surface and is microns thick.

Probably why the only painted forks you see are on bicycles.
