As some of you may know I am moving to the San Francisco area soon.
A terrible thought occurred to me. I removed all the accessible stickers from my Monster when I got it.
Is this going to be a problem when I register it in California?

Thanks for any input.

Do you have the emissions sticker that's under the seat (they have it on earlier models, dunno about 696/1100)?  Or do you have more than 7500 miles on it?

Just remembered a sticker on the airbox that I (luckily) couldn't get to.
It says the bike meets 2009 California emission standards.
Is there anything else they are going to want to see?
Is CA going to give me guff about my Termi exhaust?

Nope, you're golden.  They won't know squat about your Termis and won't know to give you guff about 'em.  They just want to see that emissions sticker or that you have 7500 miles on the bike.

Sweet!

With the move, I really did not need another thing to worry about!
Thanks a lot for the reply.

Hopefully, I'll see you in CA soon. [beer]

Yep. Oddly, the only thing they obsess over is that damn sticker (even when everything related to emissions controls has been removed)

I own several motorcycles. I have owned lots of motorcycles. And have bolted and/or modified lots of crap to said motorcycles...
