The wine thread revisited

If you are 'into' wine you may want to consider having some fun and attend one of these regular events. Francios & Co. at Le Cave (near AMS) is a great sommelier as is his son who puts on a fun display of popular wines at each tasting. They usually have some crackers and cheeses and such to complement the selections. They carry an excellent variety wines and have some of the most excellent French as well as collectable wine values around. This is a great chance to enhance your knowledge of wines as you can ask any question and get an expert answer.

I'd bring a car to take home all the wine you'll be buying!  This place is a fantastic find. Francios is very nice and the "warehouse" is well stocked. That is if you're into the wine thing. lol

I have sworn off the grape. Histamines and I do not mix well. 

Now, if there were a tequila-tasting somewhere around here, I would show up with a designated driver....
