I as given a bottle of homemade limoncello so I made up a new drink:

1 part Vodka
1 part Limoncello
1 part fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 part Cointreau
A healthy dollop of honey

Pretty tasty. The honey is actually a nice touch. Not a bad drink for a night cap.
