Introduction from Allen, TX

Howdy folks, I am a newb here and to Ducati. I have wanted one for over 20 years and finally got one!!!

I bought a '86 Virago 700 brand new and it has serviced me just fine until a couple of weeks ago when I couldn't resist the call of the Duc anymore!! Now that venerable Yamaha has somebody to talk to at night in the garage!!



The Virago is not doomed however; I figure it is worth more to me than anybody else so I'll be hanging on to it just because.

I'll lurk mostly, read a LOT and post very little.

MAYBE the ride to Hico............?

Excellent eye Fastwin! Technically a Series 70 Reproduction if you are familiar with the current Colt lineup.

Now if I could oly figure out how to ride and shoot at the same time I would have the perfect marrige of 2 hobbies!

You'll fit in great! Big 1911 fan... Colt, Springfield Armory, Kimber, Wilson, Les Baer. I have the same problem with firesticks as I do with bikes. Guns and bikes seem to go well together. Just a gearhead kinda thing I guess.

Get good at weak hand shooting if you're a "righty"... there, problem solved!
