i went to jack's the first time last saturday night to have a beer and some food with bryna and bryant... and bryna and i were pretty disappointed.  i'm hoping to just chalk it up to someone having a bad night there or something, but long story short it was some pretty sketchy service by the girl that was waiting on us.  definitely didn't leave feeling like a valued customer.  next time we'll just go to hunky's or lee harvey's for a burger.

The Smoke was really good for breakfast and good
service too. We can park out front. I vote Smoke.

Cycle parking (all concrete) in front of Smoke. Google The Belmont Hotel if you don't know where it is. If you know how to get to Jacks you're about a block away from Sylvan and Ft. Worth, Ave intersection. The Belmont is right on the corner of that intersection and Smoke is just beside the entrance to The Belmont. I'll call and make a reservation for about 60 ok?

Since it's an hour before lunchtime Smoke it is. If anyone is looking at this thread and have the phone numbers of those who have posted or can contact them please let them know that we're at Smoke. Then that's it. Smoke @ 12 or so. If you show up and didn't check the thread beforehand and we're not where you are then go to Smoke Restaurant @ The Belmont Hotel. See youse guys there.

Funniest quote of the day.  So we run into The Svoloch at AMS and tell him we went to lunch at Smoke and he says like " meh - they probably put meat in the coffee there! "

Muskrat says, " So... still a vegan ? "

To which The Svoloch replies " So.... still a DICK ? "

We fell about the place laughing and making a scene !  Good times !
