I'm way past that point right now.  Need another stoggie but I will NOT break my week-long record.

Yeah, it was a good one  [thumbsup]  But we'll be back there again soon.  Especially since Dax volunteered to pick up the tab next time.  For everyone - not just his liberal friends.

[cheeky]

Seriously though on the smoking:  Alan was able to quit by using over-the-counter nicotine patches from Walgreens.  Three different doasge levels decrease in steps over several weeks.  He's tried quitting several times over the years but this stuff made all the difference in the world.

Hang in there man!  Go ahead and knock off Cyclone if it'll make you feel any better   [evil]

Lisa,

Alan quit??? I didn't know that! Good for him. Bet that makes you happy and proud. My ex-wife smoked but our deal was she couldn't smoke in the house. That deal was often broken and I couldn't get her to stop smoking in her car. We had a nice 5 series BMW that I couldn't stand to drive or ride in because it smelled like a f#@king ashtray! [bang] I like the occasional cigar but I personally draw the line at ever smoking in the house. Jennifer would flatten my head with a frying pan if I even tried. Like motorcycle riding, cigar smoking is an outdoor sport. ;D

Anyway, tell Alan congrats! I hope he sticks to it. My ex said quiting smoking was easy. She did it a hundred times! >:(

hmmmm.  Seems I didn't get the memo... I had a lovely lunch sitting outside in the sunshine at Jack's on Friday... alone... waiting for all my friends to arrive....   ???

But I agree - soft gravel parking isn't bike-friendly, service is mis-named... but the food, if you can actually get some, is pretty darned good.

Aw man, are you kidding?!  I think Belmont has filled in nicely for JBYLG.  They have plenty of parking (with paving!); a patio; their own special BBQ with their own special BBQ sauce and their own special employees - called Servers - who come and very politely ask how we would like to spend our money today.  Fabulous concept.  I'll make sure you get the memo next time.

So sorry George, I didn't have your phone number. That is taking for granted you carry a phone on you whilst riding. PM me with your number and I'll not let that happen again.  [thumbsup]
