yeah, i'm glad im hear to tell the story. Thinking back not so sure what i could have done different, maybe not roll into the fall? either way its all good. certainly plan lots of rest and no riding/driving/....ing of any sort that might agro it.

Hi Chris, what a shock. Hope the drugs are treating you well. Glad it wasn't worse, although sounds bad enough.  get well soon! 

Heather, I am more than sure it is not your fault. Quite a few things happened at once lately. A few new enrolments, more female enrolments, a few cheques written to Mr Plod, a few accidents. It's been a crazy couple of months at the DMF.
