Ok she is guilty but what will the sentence be?  Painting your nails, using a cell phone, eating, anything that you intentionally do that is a distraction and results in a death should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I know it can happen but when you are in control of the distraction is seem to me that it was preventable, being distracted by an outside influence happens all the time if you get fixated on an something, or something catches your eye but at least you weren't the source of the distraction.
