I'm down for some blood and guts, too, Mars....but comedy seems to work better in large groups.  We should arrange some motorcycle jousting!  Excalibur, indeed!   ;D

I'd add Apocalypse Now Redux to your list, though......."The Horror".

Just gotta reply,   Apocalypse Now is a mandatory see, and Enemy at The Gates, isn't too bad either, for some more lighthearted viewing, Boondock Saints, the original, is kinda funny... Oh Yeah, how You All doing?   Am hoping to visit later this summer... [moto] [beer]

I want to know when "real movie night" is coming up. Movies such as Gladiator, Excalibur, Patton, Shogun, Troy, or Braveheart! These are movies that stir the bloodlust within the God of War! Exhilerating! Large armies that conquer, chop..chop, bacon...take that hill! Oh when oh when, somebody please tell me, please, please.

After thinking for a second, the scene with Frankenfurter atop either Brad or Janet shot in shadow through the bed canopy would be very recognizable and relatively easy to ink.

i like that idea [popcorn]

Mars

Ah yes, the horror of Apocalyse Now redux, brilliantly performed and well written. Ok, now that I understand the group preference for funny flicks, even Mars has a giggle for comedy. In additon to riding and loving a Ducati, I also ride a lot off-road. I have enjoyed the pleasure of a GS 650 and dirt bikes. No worries off-road since I was knee-high. So, that being said I propose adding the most comic off-road escapades films I have ever seen to the groups comic movie quest. Oh yes, you asked for it, comedy at its finest, here it is; can ya'll handle it, motorcycling adventures with a couple of clowns.
1. Long Way round
2. Long Way down
So the terrains a little different than most of you are probably used to, but the machine on two wheels is something we all enjoy! And the comedy of these two clowns riding off-road is hilarious.  [popcorn]

Trainspotting a GOOD movie?? Not a chance in hell.  Trainspotting is an AWESOME movie.  There I said it.  Now feel free to shoot heroine and pass out.    I know I'm never really out and about but I have yet to hear anyone mention Natural Born Killers...  (Either that or I just wasnt paying attention when it was mentioned)  Now there's a fun filled flick!
Sometimes when you say no, you really mean YES, that is why we have the safe word.. "FLÜGGÃ...ÆŽNKâˆ,â,¬ÄŒHIÅ'βØL∫ÊN"  If at any time the pleasure is too much, simply say the safe word, and we will stop"

OK....Ashley has given permission for (and actually wanted to host!!) Movie Night II.  I know it's a holiday, but you're all cordially invited to attend Movie Night II at my joint around 6:00 on the evening of Sunday, July 4th.  We'll provide hot dogs, buns, chili, cheese, mustard, and ketchup.  You'll need to bring anything else you want to consume (drinks, chips, relish, slaw, small children, etc.)  Please RSVP so we can buy enough hot dogs.  If you don't know how to get there, just ask me at the ride Saturday or PM me for directions.

The viewing menu is open, and we can either start with suggestions here or figure it out Sunday night.
