Not sure. Need to make a run to East Texas to check on my place this week and I have a rehab therapy appt. at lunch time on Thursday. I'll check with my social director and publicist and see if I can make it. I'll stay tuned.

I'll have my schedule in the morning.  My fav is in Haltom City, a little far nowadays for me.  There are several on Belt Line I have driven by.

The place I was thinking of is east one block off Mockingbird at I-35.  I am NOT set on that locatioin so if there's some other preferred Pho closer for a work-day lunch then let's do it!

As far as date and time goes, looks like we might get some rain on Weds. or Thurs. then it *should* be a lot cooler (O.K. somewhat cooler) by Friday.  So how about Friday?  Around lunch 

So.  In summary:  no specific Pho location at this time but Friday around lunch just may be do-able...

That late in the week gives me time to work too many hours for any boss complaints

Cooler weather would be great! I rode today to my nephews' soccer championship (which they WON) in Garland. 
Even with wetted mesh gear it hurt.

Yeah, it's too early in the summer to be this hot. (Wait, can I say that without being whiny?)  At any rate, it is too ^%$#ing hot to really be doing anything fun outside so if it's still 100+ by Friday, we need to make sure and pick a lunch spot with plenty of car parking

Maybe I'm wrong. I honestly can't remember the name of the place. Scott and Randy drove me over there for lunch and I didn't pay attention. It's been way over a year ago. All I remember is I didn't care for it that much and we had to go back because we forgot to leave a tip. I was guessing it was the place you were talking about near I-35 and Mockingbird. Could be way off... as usual.

I dine at the Richardson and Plano Pho Que Huong locations at least 3 times each week. It's good stuff.
