Does any have experience on Installing Frame Sliders?

Hi guys
Do any of you have installed frame sliders on a Monster? if so do you mind giving me a hand?
That's the only thing I don't feel comfortable installing myself, 1st don't have the right tool  and don't know how to hold up the engine and set proper torque specs.
I dont feel like taking it to a Ducati shop! and getting charge per hr just to install it! I rather learn and do it !

05 DUCA S2R800 yellow stock! ASV levers, Marvin Dual Exhaust, Harris Performance Grips, T-rex Sliders. Rizoma Conical bar, SSR Brake/Clutch cnc covers. Tammer G2 throttle tube.

What do you mean how to use them? in what way??  ???
