Pretty much anyone that shoots my modded Glocks, sends theirs off to be done. I can run a stock frame, but it's no comparison.

good to know.  i thought it could be done (it's just PLASTIC) but had never thought of doing it.

And now, those Polymer 80 frames are about $60.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I altered the grip on both of my non-rtf2 glocks.  The stippled/radiused Gen4 17 fits the hand wonderfully now.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Polymer 80 frames

Anyone chop one of these to shorten it to G19 size?

They are $70 at Brownells now

I've had that frame in my hand. We were gonna mod one. The beaver tail is too straight', definitely needs some work to get it right. You know the deal though, ask a hundred guys get 90 different answers.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I wouldn't go there on a bet.

Google pic links are tricky to embed for some reason.

Going on my first bird (chukar, pheasant, and grouse) hunt this coming Saturday.

Should be interesting. Friend is letting me borow a 20ga over under.  Its probably been 27 years since I shot a shot gun.

Just curious, but why a .223?

6.5 Arisaka was probably too expensive

Had a great time!  Not sure if I actually hit anything; 4 people shooting at the same bird made it bit difficult to tell.

Our group shot the most birds out of any.  16 total.  I brought home breasts and legs from 7 pheasant and 6 chukar, all but 2, dressed by myself.

Gun was nice just wish I had more than 2 shots at a time.

Definitely worth going again.
