I'm a volunteer firefighter and we got a late night page to a MVA last month involving a semi that went of the freeway, slid down the embankment across the railroad tracks, and left the cab hanging over the river with the driver trapped inside...........oh yeah, and there was a train coming.  

That's where the train stopped.  Driver was OK but was strapped to a backboard so he never got to see the scene and know how lucky he was.

Can't comment for legal reasons but someone may or may not have left a campfire burning, which would make them a complete F*head if they had, wouldn't it?

No.

Pretty sure they were a complete and total make the beast with two backshead before they may (or may not) have walked away from a still burning campfire.

But doing so sure would make them responsible for lots and lots of destruction.
