Yup I usually try to relocate them.  This bad boy was so aggressive he climbed up the back of the rack to get a better shot at me than the first one he took.  It took 20 minutes to get him in a position for a head chopping.

Get lots of Copperheads and black non poisonous "rat snakes" in my barns in east Texas. Never kill them. Just shuffle board them into a yard size trash can with a hoe or rake and relocate them into the woods. Figure they can eat all the mice and rats they want. That way it keeps the rodents from chewing the wires and hoses off my tractors and motorcycles. [thumbsup] [beer] Fair is fair.
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!
