is splayed out at the top because two rungs are broken. [laugh]

The pic doesn't show the yellow arrow at the top of the broken ladder pointing you through a small cave/tunnel. :o

So after the third ladder, do you just climb the rock face to the right to get to the top, or are the ladders there just to get up to the cave?

Third ladder takes you to the cave. We didn't spend any time at the top investigating the cave exit.
