I've only ever had gator tail. What else is tasty on those dinosaurs?

As said, when I took a trip from Miami to Naples using Tamiami Trail aka Route 8 . . . I stopped in a shack that had gator, turtle, wild boar and other grilled/bbq delicatessen  ..  the guy noticed I was "not local" and offered a sampler platter that were actually a few dishes with the different meats . . . so, it could have been tail only  . ..
