I know of two blokes who should open Koparlos Trattoria.

"Have your Ducati serviced and sharpen your firearm handling skills while you enjoy the finest dining experience".  :D

I actually thought about it years ago. I was gonna open a Bed & Breakfast in say WVA, that offered good chow, and range time.

That place looks good. I seared this one, then cooked it in the oven at 275 for 24mins.
