Working on a new technique. Water brought to a simmer, dash of salt, little bit of vinegar, eggs cracked into a ramekin, swirl water, slide eggs in, turn off heat and cover for 5. Perfect

I'll have to try that - one of the reasons I don't do poached more often is that it's a PITA to get right.  [thumbsup]

I had a grilled ribeye with some sauteed veggies (squash, sugar snap peas, 'shrooms).  Was quite good.
